Key Responsibilities
§
The Marketing Analyst will develop customer segmentation systems
and prioritization models, as well as the supporting documentation required to
make those systems actionable for our clients.
§
Interacting with clients and co-workers to establish project
goals, requirements, and deliverables
§
Manipulation of client and survey databases (audit, cleanse, and
organize data)
§
Statistical modeling for both industry and client specific
models
§
Documentation of methodology, findings, and recommendations
§
Presentation of results to management and clients
Qualifications
§
A minimum of two (2) years experience with customer segmentation
§
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAS or SPSS
§
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to
non-technical audiences through written documentation and presentations
§
Familiarity with Geographical Information Systems
§
A can-do attitude and desire to grow a business unit
§
Proficient with SQL or Oracle a plus
Education
§
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics,
or Computer Programming
