Title: Manager, SAS Programming

Location: Greater Denver Metro Area

Multi-product biotech company based in Colorado seeking a highly skilled clinical SAS programmer with a history of success managing/building a team of programmers.

Responsibilities:

• Hire/Manage/Mentor a team of programmers to perform statistical analyses of clinical trial data and prepare tables, listings, figures for clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, etc. 
• Develop/implement SAS programming SOPs and work guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with Biostatisticians, Statistical Programmers, Clinical Data Managers, Clinical Research Associates, and other Clinical staff to meet project deliverables. 
• Identify potential issues in statistical analysis plans and proposes solutions; assess the quality of analysis data; performs cross-study analyses; develop/maintain SAS macros to automate statistical table, figure, and listing production; assist in the preparation of submissions of electronic data to regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

• BA/BS and 6+ years of experience in a programming role supporting clinical trials in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry
• Expert knowledge of SAS programming, including advanced SAS macro expertise.
• Solid understanding of global clinical trial practices, procedures and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to statistical reporting (e.g. GCP,ICH).
